Zha Skeleton Anatomy

Physiology is the bomb. Enough said.

I figured I'd do a revised-ish skeleton before the muscles, so I could get a better idea of where the muscles actually originate and insert. While I was at it, I labeled everything...kyahaha. I remembered the hyoid this time, too. :3 I hope my handwriting isn't too horrible, for anyone who feels like deciphering it.

A few notes, while I'm at it.

-The wing ribs/fingers are potentially confusing in my drawing, but there are four on each wing here (not including the "thumb").
-The secondary hyoid is only there because of the sheer length of the neck, providing muscle attachment sites.
-The cervical ribs are entirely optional. I just think they make sense - a dragon neck is generally portrayed as serpentine, and snakes have such ribs all along their body, both for support and muscle attachment.
-There are in fact five toes (four and a thumb, really) on the forefeet.
-The hallux (hind thumb thing) acts sort of like a regular thumb, but is less dexterous and more powerful.
-The sternum isn't floating - the ribs connect via cartilage, which I didn't feel like drawing.
-Zha has four plant-eating molars (one on each side of the top, one on each side of the bottom), and the other 40 teeth are designed for meat-eating. Woooo semi-omnivores.
-Her tail is somewhat flattened vertically and designed to be especially powerful, hence the elongated ventral processes that would both strengthen the structure and provide additional points for muscle attachment. Dragons with more cylindrical tails wouldn't necessarily have them.
-The caudal spines (tail spikes) are on the UNDERSIDE. Because I said so.

That, eh, thing on the head? That's the 'thumb' of the right wing that's on the other side of the body. xD; It's not an antenna or something. Ehehehee.
