Woooooo Ed! This was insanely fun to draw. I've never done a glow effect before, so it was a good experiment. :3 I really like how the lightning type stuff came out.

Many thanks to Google for finding that transmutation circle for the background...it fit perfectly. xD

What's with the glowy blue eyes? You know, I don't know. I got inspired by them thar song lyrics and this is what happened. :0

Please don't ask me what in the world is supposed to be happening here or why his eyes are glowy blue (I think every single person who has seen it, excluding one or two, has done so, some with more disappointment than others that zomg my art is not entirely canon >_> ). I really don't know. Most of this picture was done at around midnight so I was rather sleep-deprived at the time. All I know is daaaang, Ed would make a cool lightning mage in an alternate reality.

In other words, canon can shove it. :3
